On Sunday, the TMC responded to an article published in the Deccan Herald, which stated that I-PAC, a political consultancy known for managing election strategies, had paused its activities in the state for a period of 20 days. The TMC asserted that such claims are part of a misinformation campaign and reiterated that their collaboration with I-PAC remains robust.

I-PAC has been instrumental in orchestrating TMC’s election campaigns, notably during the high-stakes 2021 Assembly elections, and is currently overseeing preparations for the upcoming polls. In their statement, TMC emphasized that the I-PAC team is fully operational and engaged in campaign activities as intended. They further expressed confidence in the electorate’s ability to discern truth from misinformation.
