Gujarat Police Raids Journalists’ Homes Over Controversial LIC-Adani Group Posts

In a significant development, the Gujarat Police conducted coordinated raids on Monday, seizing electronic devices belonging to journalist Ravi Nair, his son, and a colleague. Nair himself was in Kerala when the authorities executed the search warrant, which had been granted by a court in Ahmedabad earlier that day.

The FIR against Nair includes charges under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which address issues of cheating, forgery, and other potential crimes.
