Supreme Court Overturns Delhi HC’s Suspension of Kuldeep Sengar’s Life Sentence in Unnao Rape Case

The Supreme Court of India has reversed a controversial decision by the Delhi High Court that had temporarily suspended the life sentence of Kuldeep Singh Sengar, a former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator, in connection with the 2017 Unnao rape case involving a minor.
