Electoral Roll Revision Sparks Concerns Across Urban India

The ongoing third phase of the special intensive revision of electoral rolls has become a focal point of frustration for voters across urban India. The Supreme Court’s ruling in May upheld the legitimacy of the revision process, while clarifying that it does not grant the Election Commission the authority to determine Indian citizenship.
