Patna Court Halts Action Against Popular Educator Khan Sir in Shooting Case

In response to these claims, Khan, his guards, and several unidentified individuals have been charged under the Indian Penal Code’s provisions relating to attempted murder and the Arms Act.

The case has drawn considerable public interest, particularly as Khan had previously claimed that between eight to ten gunshots were fired outside his establishment after a group allegedly vandalized the premises in the Musallahpur area of Patna. Following this alarming incident, he contended that rival parties were responsible for the attacks on his coaching institute. This assertion has led to a broader investigation, which was intensified after videos surfaced on social media, purportedly documenting the gunfire outside his center.

Witnesses in the area have reportedly identified individuals in the videos as Khan’s security personnel, claiming they discharged their firearms twice each during the skirmish. The police confirmed on Friday that Khan acknowledged the men in question were indeed part of his security detail.
