Vijay Takes Oath as Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister, Marking a Historic Shift in Governance

As part of the formalities, Governor Arlekar has instructed Vijay to win a vote of confidence in the Assembly by May 13, a customary requirement for any new government to establish its legitimacy.
