Belgian NGO Files Criminal Complaint in India Against Israeli Soldier for Alleged War Crimes

The Hind Rajab Foundation, a Belgium-based humanitarian organization, announced on Tuesday that it has lodged a criminal complaint in India against an Israeli soldier currently vacationing in the country. The NGO did not disclose the name of the soldier but claimed that he had previously documented his military service in Gaza, where he was allegedly involved in the unlawful destruction of civilian properties during Israeli operations in the Khan Younis area.

The foundation’s complaint raises serious allegations, suggesting that the soldier may have participated in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and acts of genocide.
