Violence Erupts in Jaipur as Cockroach Janta Party Claims BJP Sent Goons to Attack Team

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has made serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that the ruling party sent hired goons to assault its members during a visit to inspect a government school in Rampura Kanwarpura village, located in Jaipur’s Bagru Assembly constituency. This incident, which occurred on Friday, has raised concerns over the safety of political activities in the region.

According to reports, the CJP was conducting a national campaign aimed at improving conditions in government schools when the incident unfolded. Videos circulating on social media depict a chaotic scene where individuals can be seen shouting slogans, brandishing sticks, and hurling stones at the CJP’s vehicle. Eyewitness accounts indicate that the situation quickly escalated, with windows of the vehicle being shattered and team members facing physical assaults.

Speaking to reporters, CJP co-convenor Ashutosh Ranka described the violent encounter, stating, “Our vehicle was attacked, and one of our members suffered a fractured hand. A woman in our team was also assaulted, and my shirt was torn during the scuffle.” Ranka emphasized that the local residents were not behind the aggression, insisting that outsiders were brought in to incite violence. He further noted that the villagers had invited the CJP to inspect the school due to long-standing concerns about its conditions.

The founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, Abhijeet Dipke, criticized the police for their inaction during the incident, suggesting that they failed to intervene and prevent the violence. Dipke’s comments underscore growing frustrations regarding law enforcement’s role in maintaining order during politically charged situations. The CJP’s visit had aimed to shed light on the poor state of the local government school, which has reportedly been operating in conditions akin to a cattle shed for years.
